After successful payment, your order will be in the status of "Preparing Products/Waiting," and you will receive a confirmation email for the reservation. If you pay using a credit card (for international transactions) and UnionPay, you will receive an additional card transaction confirmation email from EXIMBAY; if you pay via LINE Pay, please check the payment details in LINE Pay (limited to Taiwan LINE Pay).
If you are unable to determine if the payment was successful or cannot check the order record, please email help@creatrip.com with the relevant order screen or payment details, and we will assist you as soon as possible.
