1. Poor internet connection or mobile signal. You can try refreshing the page or attempting the payment later.
2. Credit card declined: Please use another credit card or verify if your credit card service is functioning normally (Credit cards issued within South Korea cannot be used for checkout). It is advisable to check with the issuing bank about the card's usage status.
3. Different IP addresses: If the IP of the country where your credit card is issued differs from the IP of your current location, it may result in payment failure. Be sure to confirm if your current location matches the country of the credit card's issuance.
4. Insufficient balance / expired / incorrect credit card information: Verify that your credit card has sufficient balance and accurate information.
5. The bank of your credit card is undergoing system maintenance.
