I input the wrong personal information. How can I correct it?

Once the reservation order is completed, it is not possible to modify the reservation information. You can only add personal information through remarks. Therefore, to protect your rights, please make sure to double-check the information in the data fields before making a reservation. If you accidentally enter incorrect information, please be sure to email [e-mail] for correction instructions. We will inform the operator to confirm for you. If it is a non-refundable or non-changeable type of product, you may need to make a new reservation, depending on the refund/change policy of the product.
