When do I receive my voucher?

Products under the pre-order system require a confirmation period of 1-2 working days (excluding holidays). We will process your ticket purchase within working days, and once the order is successfully placed, the order status will change to 'Confirmed.(예약 확정)' At this point, you can check your voucher in the 'Voucher(바우처)' section of your reservation information. Please note that some products may have longer processing times, so please refer to the product description page.
