Can I request a specific designer?

The system currently does not support specifying a particular designer when making a reservation. After your reservation is confirmed, please have your reservation number and the designer’s name ready, and request the designer specification through our customer service center. We will help check if it’s possible, but we cannot guarantee that it will be successful. If the specification is approved, the cost may change depending on the designer’s level, so please be aware of this.
